Texas State University has severed ties with a charitable foundation that has been a major donor after news surfaced that the group’s president, Scott Mitte, had been arrested on charges of cocaine possession, said the university’s president, Denise Trauth.

A weak cold front moving across the Lower Peninsula between late tonight and the wee hours of Wednesday morning will bring a little cloud cover our way, and likely little else. There is a slight chance for an isolated shower or two across the area, but radar trends indicate the rain associated with the front is rapidly dissipating.
